LATE CANCELLATIONS

For all services, we require 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation of a single service and 48-hour notice for multiple services.

 

If full notice is not provided, we will bill for 100% amount of the services reserved

Upon check out a card will be stored on file (this is a secure system and information can not be viewed)

COLOR DEPOSITS

All new color clients receiving large color appointments are required to pay a

NON-REFUNDABLE $150 deposit.  

RETURN POLICY ON PRODUCT

All returns of R+Co and Ultraceuticals Products need to be returned within 15 days of purchase, un-used and in its original packaging

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Amavi Salon and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
