Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Amavi Salon and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To be fair to both our clients and our team, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation of a single service and 48 hours' notice for multiple services or large color appointments.

 

If we do not receive the required notice, we will need to charge 100% of the reserved service amount. This policy ensures that our stylists' time is respected and allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

 

Additionally, a card will be securely stored on file at checkout. Please rest assured that this is done through a secure system, and your information remains private and protected.

   COLOR DEPOSITS

All new color clients receiving large color appointments are required to pay a NONREFUNDABLE $150 deposit. 

RETURN POLICY ON PRODUCT

All returns of R+Co and Ultraceuticals Products need to be returned within 15 days of purchase, un-used and in its original packaging

HAIR ADJUSTMENTS

We truly value your business and want to ensure you're satisfied with your experience.  We ask that if you need any adjustments to your prior service that you contact us within a week of your past scheduled service.
