Information we receive

Depending on the services you use, we receive your name, contact details, appointment and service history, information you provide in intake and consent forms, and your communication choices. Our hosting, booking, and communication providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and access logs to operate and protect these services.

How we use information

We use information to arrange and provide salon services, manage appointments, retain consent records, respond to requests, maintain business records, and protect our services. Information submitted for a consultation is used to support that consultation and related salon services.

Appointment text messages

Clients may separately opt in to automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and is not obtained merely by providing a phone number. Message frequency varies based on appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Information sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with affiliates or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use service providers for hosting, appointment management, storage, and message delivery, including Twilio for the appointment text program. They may process information as needed to provide those services on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect safety, legal rights, or service security. These operational uses do not authorize providers to use SMS consent for their own marketing.

Retention and protection

We retain information as needed for salon operations, consent records, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited according to business needs. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive health or payment information by ordinary email or text.

Your choices and requests

You can decline appointment texts and still receive salon services. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel an appointment; call and speak with the team to cancel or change a booking.

External booking, payment, social media, and other linked services have their own privacy policies. We may update this policy by posting a revised version and effective date.
