AMAVI Salon appointment text program

Amavi Salon LLC (AMAVI Salon) offers optional automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates to clients who affirmatively opt in. This program does not include promotional offers or marketing messages.

Joining and message frequency

You may opt in through a separate, unchecked checkbox on the salon’s digital intake form for the mobile number shown on that form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing a phone number or signing the service agreement alone does not enroll you. Message frequency varies based on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact 239-304-9522 or amavisalonfl@gmail.com. Ask the salon about re-enrollment if you previously opted out.

Appointment changes

To cancel or change an appointment, call 239-304-9522 and speak with a team member. Text opt-out messages, email, and social media messages do not cancel appointments. The salon’s published cancellation policy continues to apply.

Delivery and privacy

Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability. AMAVI Salon and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must provide a number you are authorized to use and tell the salon if it changes. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
